About our company
We are a non-profit organization helping the entrepreneurs of “Main Street America” take their business idea and scale it to achieve their dreams. We believe the most entrepreneurs are everyday people working jobs, starting a small business, or working a side hustle but don’t know where to start with their idea or don’t understand why they don’t have customers or are struggling with growth.
We believe in these 5 pillars

What We Do
We offer programs in education, mentorship, community building, advocacy, and research. Please check out our events page!
ONE i/e develops relationships and unifies disparate elements of a prosperous startup ecosystem through advocacy, mentorship, education, community building, and research. Each entrepreneur will acquire the necessary tools and connections to thrive for the benefit of themselves and their community.
The New Model
We give you a new model, a place to start, and a proven process to follow with your own business. We have a four-part curriculum that starts with Mindset, then we use a reimagined version of the Lean Startup Methodology called the Startup Launch Assistance Map (SLAM) to walk founders through a business idea validation process, evaluate their potential, strategize execution, and begin to develop their captivating story to gain support. The other two parts are GRAND, executing your validated business and Storytelling to learn how to pitch to investors, customers, and members of your team.
The Curriculum
ONE i/e Startup Series
The dream business building process packaged just for you. The ONE i/e Startup Series is a full-service, results oriented program infused with entrepreneurial mindset development. All courses are taught by ONE i/e Certified Instructors and include mentorship by ONE i/e Certified Mentors. Courses are available in English and Spanish.
In 2004, Steve Blank, a Stanford Professor, invented the Lean Startup Movement. He proved the hypothesis, “If you build it, they won’t come.” In order to be successful, the solution or product must be customer driven and validated prior to development. Other successors included, Osterwalder & Pigenur with the Business Model Canvas, Eric Reis with a focus on customer validation, and Jon Warner with the Startup Launch Assistance Map (SLAM). The SLAM Process reimagines the validation process and makes the lean startup methodology more applicable and comprehensive for all verticals, including corporate pivots and entrepreneurs from Main Street America.
Startup Launch Assistance Map (SLAM)
The SLAM Process is a reimagined version of the Lean Startup Method and is the basis of our curriculum. It gives entrepreneurs an effective way to test products with users for critical feedback faster and more often. The SLAM Process helps refine business models to achieve product market fit and ultimately build products that a core set of users love. ONE i/e encourages the creation of a learning community of entrepreneurs across all spectrums of business experience.
